Hello -
The Area VI Young Riders are looking for a facility to host our annual summer camp. Please let us know if you might be interested, or if you know a facility we should consider.
Here is what we are hoping for:
June 18th through 20th
XC facility with BN through Prel/Int jumps
Show Jumping ring (with jumps)
Dressage Courts (1 full size and 1 or 2 short courts)
Stabling for a minimum of 30 horses
Camping/Parking facilities for up to 60 people (more likely to be 30-40)
Facility/area for meal preparation & service (we eat on site)
We will want to know what the charges would be for:
Stabling
Facility Use (to include daily ring maintenance; drag, water, etc.)
Any additional charges
If applicable, please let us know if the charges may change for 20, 30 or 40 horses.
We are also interested in whether you have on site shower facilities, additional housing options (for coaches, camp coordinator and/or guest trainers) and if there is a local waterpark, swimming opportunity or fun activities in the area for the campers.
